A Brief Introduction of Pfeda
Pfeda Synthetics Pvt. Ltd. is situated in Noida, the industrial hub of Delhi-NCR region. The company is engaged in the development of Polyurethane based products & solutions for their application in automotive and other industrial sectors. Today, we have two manufacturing plants at Noida with over 250 employees, which are producing 3 million parts in a year. We are certified with ISO TS: 16949:2002 compliant by SGS, UK .
Pfeda has a strong customer base in the automotive industry, basically serving the Truck and Earth Moving Equipment segment. We have been a consistent performer in this discipline with our customers continuing to support us as their preferred supplier. We are also a Tier 1 exporter with our parts being supplied in Europe and other parts of the world.
The
company is not only restricted to the above mentioned activities, it is
also engaged in the manufacture of Office Chair Arms Rest and Seating
Foams for Chairs. With more than 300 designs, we regularly supply our products to many leading Chair manufacturers of India. Other Products

Applications:
Self Skinning Foams
- Densities from 250-600 gms/litre and hardness ranges from 35-90 Shore A
- Use of environment friendly EPA compliant blowing agents
- Steering wheels, gear knobs, arm rests, grab handles are some applications
- Office chair arm rests
Semi-Rigid Foams
- Densities from 150-225 gms/litre
- Back filled dash boards, crush pads and other energy absorption products
Flexible Moulded Foams
- Cold cure all MDI systems for seating applications in buses and earth moving vehicles
- Seat and back for office chair seating.
We have
also developed other applications using a combination of Polyurethane
systems to produce products satisfying vastly different requirements of
energy absorption and high quality aesthetics.
The Vacform Company
Over the last few years, Pfeda has started manufacturing Vacform Parts for automotive applications. There is a good opportunity for product designers to use this process for low volume high quality parts at a fraction of investment cost as compared to injection moulding.
Capability
- A large choice of materials from regular grades such as ABS, PS, etc. to crystalline plastics such as UHMWPE and PP. Fully automatic processes to achieve this production process
- Part dimensions from 1600 mm length to 1300 mm width and 600 mm depth of draw
- Latest high speed 5 Axis CNC Routers for highly repeatable trimming of parts.
We have developed a new application in making wrap around wheel mud guards for truck applications. Such parts are widely used in large trucks and also agricultural/ earthmoving equipments.
Going forward, Pfeda will continue to focus on providing cost effective and innovative solutions for automotive industry in the field of Polyurethane and Vacfoam business.
